This page governs your use of hyamsdigitalsolutions.com. It does not govern any engagement. Client work runs under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement controls.

The capabilities, engagements, and products described on this site are informational. They do not constitute an offer, a quote, a warranty of any particular result, or a commitment to take on work. Scope and price come from a conversation and end up in writing.
About the case studies
Engagements described on this site are anonymized. Industry, problem, and outcome are described accurately; client identities are withheld because we do not publish client names without permission. References are available to qualified prospects on request.

We try to keep this site correct and current, and we will fix errors when we find them. We do not warrant that everything here is complete, accurate, or up to date, and the site is provided as is.
