How this website handles personal information. Effective August 14, 2026.
The short version
This site collects two things: what you type into the contact form, and standard website analytics. There is no database behind this site. Contact form submissions are emailed to us and live in our inbox. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page we receive your name, email address, organization (if you enter one), the inquiry type you select, and your message. All of it is optional in the sense that you choose whether to write to us at all.
Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare as part of that check. We do not store it.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read. This sets cookies and collects the usual technical data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. We use it in aggregate. We do not try to identify individual visitors.
Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, which include IP addresses, as part of operating and protecting the site.
What we do with it
Contact form submissions are delivered to a single monitored mailbox and used to answer you and, if it goes that way, to scope work. Analytics is used to improve the site. That is the whole list. We do not use any of it for automated decision making, and we do not sell it.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under its own terms:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and provides the Turnstile bot check.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox.
- Google provides Analytics.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to. We will not hand it over casually.
How long we keep it
Contact form emails stay in our mailbox until we no longer have a business reason to keep them. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics retention settings. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Email contracts@hyamsdigitalsolutions.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; write to us and we will honor them.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
