Who runs HDS.

Mike Hyams founded Hyams Digital Solutions in 2025. He spent the previous decade on the operations side of IT and telecom, inside the billing systems, vendor integrations, and reporting that a business runs on and nobody outside it ever sees. He started building software because the tools meant to fix those problems either did not exist or cost more than they returned.

The work since has run from CRM and reporting rebuilds to retrieval over private document archives, multi-tenant platforms with real access control, and middleware over vendor APIs that were never built to be consumed. It is the same catalogue of problems he used to be on the receiving end of.

That is also why verification, audit trails, and honest failure modes ship in the first version rather than the roadmap. An agent fleet carries the volume and every change clears automated review before it reaches a client environment, but scope, judgment, and accountability stay with one person. You talk to him, and he is the one who builds it.

He lives in Clarksville with his wife and daughter, is a man of faith, and spends most of what is left of the week on a golf course.
